1. Digital Products (Journals, Downloads, Courses)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
2. Physical Products (Journals)
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at circleofhercollective@gmail.com. We will gladly replace the item.
3. Coaching Services
All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once services have begun.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Retreats & Events
Due to the nature of planning and reserved accommodations:

Cancellations made 30+ days prior may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit)
